How We Can Help You
Our mission is to provide personalized care to every individual patient. For patient convenience, an on site laboratory blood draw is provided for all blood work needs. Our practice has also implemented Connected Care for Medicare patients which extends beyond office hours. Each patient is assigned a personal care coordinator, who contacts qualified patients in between visits to help facilitate the doctor's plans. This may include reviewing medications, making appointments to specialist, obtaining records from other doctors, arranging for delivery of medications or food and other services.
